The project involved the execution of complete MEP works for a commercial mall comprising a basement level and four retail floors with a total built-up area of approximately 8,000 m². The air-conditioning system consisted of central chilled water systems and mechanical ventilation incorporating chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation fans, ducting networks, and control systems, with relocation and expansion of the main technical plant to the roof level. Fire protection works included fire detection and evacuation systems, automatic firefighting systems, and integration with life safety controls. Electrical works comprised a central power generation plant with multiple diesel generators, a complete UPS system including rectifiers, inverters, static transfer switches, bypass arrangements, and batteries, in addition to MV/LV power distribution, panel boards, raceways, cabling, general and emergency lighting, and exit signage. Low-current systems included data and IP telephony, CCTV, central antenna TV system, intrusion detection, access control, and full integration of HVAC, electrical panels, generators, and fire alarm systems through a centralized BMS.
