The project comprised an A-shaped, fully glazed high-end furniture gallery consisting of four floors of approximately 1,000 sqm each. Magma Engineering & Contracting was responsible for the complete design and execution of all MEP works for this ground-up commercial building. The scope covered all HVAC systems, including chillers, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), and complete ventilation systems, in addition to full plumbing installations. Electrical works included all electrical wiring, power distribution, lighting systems, panel boards, and associated low-current systems. The project also included fire protection systems, comprising firefighting and fire alarm, as well as intrusion and safety systems. All MEP systems were fully coordinated and delivered to support safe operation, system performance, and long-term reliability of the facility.
