Ashrafieh Heights

The project involved the execution of complete MEP works for a high-rise residential tower comprising seven basement levels, ground floor, mezzanine level, and twenty-seven upper floors. The air-conditioning system was based on VRV systems for individual apartments, supported by mechanical ventilation for fresh air, exhaust, smoke extraction, and basement car ventilation, with smoke extraction systems rated for two-hour fire resistance. Fire protection works included fire detection, wet sprinkler, dry chemical, and CO₂ firefighting systems, as well as staircase pressurization systems. Plumbing and drainage systems included domestic water supply from raw and treated water tanks, water treatment facilities, lifting and booster pump systems, gravity-fed distribution, and duplex submersible pump drainage networks. Electrical works included centralized LPG gas systems with bulk storage, multistage pressure regulation, apartment-level metering, and centralized system monitoring and control.
