The project involved the execution of MEP works for a 220-bed medical center comprising three basement levels, a ground floor, and three upper floors. The air-conditioning system was designed as a central four-pipe chilled water system served by chillers and fuel-fired boilers, incorporating AHUs, package units, fan coil units, and ventilation systems with HEPA filtration, all controlled via DDC and integrated into the BMS and RMS. Fire protection works included fire detection systems and firefighting systems comprising wet sprinkler networks, FM-200 systems, and CO₂ systems, with the facility fully sprinklered. Plumbing and drainage systems included underground raw water tanks, treated water tanks, waste water treatment plant, booster pump sets with VFDs, domestic hot water generation, and soil, waste, and drainage networks. Electrical and mechanical utilities included a central steam generation system with packaged steel boilers and a complete medical gas system comprising medical air, surgical air, medical vacuum, AGSS, oxygen, nitrous oxide, and associated manifolds, piping networks, terminal units, alarms, and control panels.
