The project involved the execution of MEP works for Cascada Village Mall. Mechanical works included the supply and installation of an 8,000 sqm fire protection sprinkler network with extended coverage sprinkler heads in accordance with NFPA 13, installation of an external fire protection discharge network from the pumping station to alarm check valves, and installation, testing, and commissioning of submersible fire pumps including associated piping, supports, and control panels. Electrical works included the supply and installation of UPS systems with batteries and racks. Testing and commissioning works covered all MEP systems including main fire pumps, fire protection systems, booster pumps, water distribution, drainage and sewage networks, HVAC systems, power systems, and low-current systems.
