The project involved the execution of MEP works for a beachfront resort with a total floor area of approximately 6,000 m² comprising chalets, private pools, restaurants, and event venues. Water supply systems included municipal and cistern water storage, underground raw and treated water tanks, water softening systems, booster pump sets, and domestic water distribution. Domestic hot water was provided through common storage tanks supplied by solar thermal collectors installed on chalet roofs, reducing fossil fuel consumption. Heating systems consisted of common fuel oil boilers with heat recovery supplying radiators and towel dryers. HVAC systems comprised direct expansion air-conditioning units serving chalets, restaurants, and kitchens, with corrosion-resistant equipment due to the seaside location, while mechanical ventilation systems provided fresh air and exhaust for kitchens, restaurants, and common areas. Sewage treatment was provided through an on-site treatment plant enabling wastewater reuse for irrigation.
