LAF Music Hangar

LAF Music Hangar is a military facility executed by MAGMA from excavation through final handover. The project involved the complete construction of a large-span steel hangar facility with an approximate built-up area of over 1,500 sqm, including excavation works, earthworks, reinforced concrete foundations, structural steel fabrication and erection, insulated metal cladding systems, roofing works, industrial sliding doors, drainage infrastructure, and full external site development works. MAGMA also executed all electro-mechanical works including electrical distribution systems, industrial lighting, low-current systems, plumbing and sanitary installations, stormwater management, and all associated civil and finishing works required for full operational readiness. The scope further included concrete paving works, access roads, hardscape works, and full site grading and preparation.
