Mzaar 2000 - Faraya

For this residential compound project, comprising 20 chalets, Magma executed the complete mechanical works for a ground-up development. The scope included the installation of plumbing and drainage networks, heating and ventilation systems, septic tanks, and pumping systems serving both individual units and the common infrastructure across the compound. The works also included the installation of air-conditioning systems. All mechanical systems were fully coordinated with architectural and structural elements and executed to ensure reliable operation, occupant comfort, and long-term system performance in a mountain resort environment.
