PPA Project

PPA Project is a high-end apartment located on the 13th floor of a residential tower, standing as one of MAGMA's most distinguished fit-out and turnkey projects. The apartment was completely demolished to its bare structure before being entirely reimagined and reconstructed from conception through handover with MAGMA taking care of the full design and execution. Key highlights of the project included full smart home integration with control of all systems via smartphone and dedicated room touchpads, floor heating throughout the entire apartment, lighting fixtures exclusively imported from Italy, home appliances sourced from Germany, and fully custom designed furniture. MAGMA oversaw the complete procurement, coordination, and selection of every element in the apartment, turning the owner's vision of a dream residence into reality.
