Villa A.

Villa A. is a luxury residential villa featuring a basement, a ground floor, a first floor, an outdoor pool complemented by landscaped surroundings. The project involved the execution of complete MEP works. The scope included HVAC systems, plumbing and drainage networks, domestic water and hot water systems, and all associated mechanical plant rooms, such as boiler rooms, pumping stations, and water treatment facilities. Electrical works comprised power distribution, lighting systems, earthing, and supporting installations serving both interior and exterior areas, including pool and landscape zones. All systems were fully coordinated and delivered to ensure operational reliability, occupant comfort, and long-term performance within a luxury residential environment.
